Mr. McNabola received one of the legal field's top accolades in October 2011. In a recent ten-day period, Mr. McNabola tried a case in DuPage County and received a record jury verdict after rejecting a serious offer from the defense.  During a day off from that trial, he represented a family at a mediation resulting in a $14 million settlement. 

Mark McNabola is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Society of Trial Attorneys and a frequent columnist in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. He has been an adjunct law professor at DePaul University College of Law in trial advocacy. He is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and is on the Board of Managers for the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.  He has lectured and is an author on various topics concerning accident victims' rights.
